Great service.
Although there was a problem with my order, I am very happy with the communication and after sales service I received.
All the team were supportive and helpful.

My first order was received in a very timely manner. On arrival, I was absolutely delighted with the product. Probing to be both comfortable and supportive, ensuring the experience has been satisfying to date.

There was a fault in a pair of leggings I bought. Step One arranged a replacement, on seeing photographs, within 2 days with apologies for the damage and inconvenience caused to me. I am very impressed with the service.

I ordered the wrong size and was told I would be sent a replacement. One of the best customer service I have experienced. My husband would not wear any other boxers now, has to be step one. Highly recommended

Great boxers. Best i've found for a while for comfort and support. Only hoping they don't decide to change things like a lot do currently. Bit pricey, but sale prices were reasonable enough to stock up.

The product is good , however , I was stymied by a poor delivery service hampered by strike action. After contacting customer service , and following their advice to wait , it became clear that the delivery was lost and not arriving. I got back to them . I was offered not only my order , but also an extra pair as an apology. This went above and beyond my expectations . I have now received my order , and quite delighted with the outcome , and the brilliant after sales service. They didn’t have to do this , but I thank them for it. It is obvious that they truly appreciate their customers. And this customer truly appreciates them.

The service I received was first class. Nothing was too much trouble, and my queries were answered quickly and efficiently. The promise of the first pair guarantee is completely genuine, I returned the 2 unopened pairs and received 3 new pairs in the correct size. Very satisfied customer.

I accidentally ordered a wrong size. Contacted customer service via Facebook, replied to within minutes, organised the replacements as soon as I sent them my tracking number for the return. Really good customer service.

So I purchased a pair of step one in large. They were too tight. I thought I would be SOL but I reached out and you guys sent me a new pair in the next size. Now that they fit I absolutely love these underwear

My parcel never arrived, after contacting AustPost and them being unable to locate it, I contacted Step One. My order was resent and a complimentary pair added. Great customer service, thank you Maria ?

I am loving the product and the customer service! It's like care has come back to the marketplace. I have enjoyed really helpful and quick replies. Plus I love my silky smooth, no ride up boxers. So comfy & they look cute! Thanks guys.

Having previously bought a pair to try out, which went well, I decided to acquire three more; there was a small discount offered. Within a couple of days, the pack was delivered swiftly and efficiently, and - kudos due - environmentally wrappeded as well. All very impressive.

Step One scores in a number of directions. The quality of their products is second to none, they actually fit comfortably where they need to fit comfortably, the range of colours and designs is excellent and their customer service could not be better. My only complaint is that they are so good that I have to keep buying them.

I have only wore one of the pair so far but the crotch got a hole in them after 1 day of use. Right in the middle of the black spandexy material. Very comfortable however the quality in my pair is not up to par.

Website is good, product range excellent, delivery Australia -> Switzerland as good as could be expected.

Also like the compost focus of the packaging ;-)

One thing to improve: the website kept repeatedly trying to direct me to the UK website instead - which doesn't deliver to Switzerland. Please - if I say "no" once, that should be enough !
